Refunds

This policy remains a public-preview draft and is not yet in effect for public sales. The operator has approved refunds for verified duplicate charges and unresolved delivery failures, not an unconditional money-back period.
If a duplicate charge is confirmed, we will refund the extra charge. If you paid but cannot access the purchased report and we cannot resolve the delivery problem, we will refund the affected order. We do not offer discretionary refunds solely because you dislike or disagree with a result that has been delivered and can be accessed normally.
We do not impose an additional fixed deadline for submitting a refund request under this policy. Eligibility must still be verified against the conditions above. Normal expiry of the three-calendar-month access period is not itself a delivery failure; it does not exclude an otherwise eligible claim about a problem that occurred while access was valid.
Contact the support email below with the order reference and a short description. Do not send questionnaire answers, card information or verification codes. We will review the payment and access issue before issuing an eligible refund to the original payment method.
We will send an initial customer-support reply within 2 business days of receiving your request. This is a first-response commitment, not a promise to resolve the issue, complete a refund or have funds reach your account within that period. An automatic acknowledgement does not count as the customer-support reply.
Partial refunds for individual reports within a bundle are not offered under this voluntary policy. Any refund currently revokes access for the entire corresponding order, including all reports in that bundle; it does not revoke a separate, non-refunded order. Refunds do not automatically delete records needed for accounting or disputes.
Nothing in this policy limits any cancellation, refund or other consumer rights required by applicable law, including where the law requires a remedy outside these voluntary terms. Viewing a report does not by itself waive those rights. Final publication details and applicable requirements must be reviewed before sales.
